Special Tour Note
- Group tour requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance. Submission of this form does not guarantee special tour booking.
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for tour confirmation.
- At the discretion of the Manager of Volunteer Services, Docent(s) conducting tours with groups larger than 20 guests may be split between multiple Docents and Docent Assistants.
- Groups smaller than 10 guests may be combined with other groups.
- For groups less than 20, you do not need to book in advance. We are not able to accept groups larger than 60 at this time.
- Tours are subject to the performance and rehearsal schedule and can be cancelled or modified at any time during the tour.
