Official Arsht Self-Parking – Starting at $15*
No parking garage? No problem! Prepay online or scan the QR code to park at the Official Arsht Parking Lot! The parking lots listed below will use your vehicle's license plate as the credential for parking. Only credit card payments are accepted.
P2520 - $30* (1367 NE 1st Avenue).
Enter through the east side on Northeast Second Avenue.
P2521 - $15* (1550 NE 1st Court).
Enter through the south side on Northeast 15th Street.

DAY OF: With a smartphone camera, scan the QR code displayed on the sign at the entrance of the parking lot and pay through the app. Parking is subject to availability.

Arsht Valet Parking – $40
Arsht valet parking is located on-site at the Ziff Ballet Opera House and the Knight Concert Hall. Only credit card payments are accepted.
The valet ramp for the Ziff Ballet Opera House (1300 Biscayne Blvd.) is located on Northeast 13th Street between Northeast Second Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard.
The valet ramp for the Knight Concert Hall (1301 Biscayne Blvd.) is located on Northeast 14th Street between Biscayne Boulevard and North Bayshore Drive.
PREPAID VALET (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED): Prepay valet parking through your existing order in My Account or contact the box office at 305.949.6722. This option is available up to 24 hours prior to a performance.
DAY OF (NOT GUARANTEED): Valet is available on a first-come, first-served basis and offered while spaces last.
Lexus Benefit – Complimentary Valet
Lexus drivers enjoy complimentary valet parking at all 2026-27 Broadway in Miami and Jazz Roots performances. Simply drive to the valet ramp in your Lexus on the day of your show. Complimentary Lexus Valet is available on a first-come, first-served basis and offered while spaces last.
The valet ramp for Jazz Roots performances is located at the Knight Concert Hall.
The valet ramp for Broadway in Miami is located at the Ziff Ballet Opera House.

Street Parking – Starting at $3/hour
PayByPhone parking is available on the streets surrounding the Arsht, including at locations 40602, 40603 and 40918. For further information, please visit the Pay by Phone website or the Miami Parking Authority website. The maximum parking time limit is 5 hours.
Accessible street parking is available for free up to 4 hours with proper display of a valid handicap placard. For more information, please click here.
Melody Tower: Drop-off Parking – $30
(245 NE 14 Street): Melody Tower is located at the corner of Northeast 14th Street just north of the Ziff Ballet Opera House. Guests may drop off their vehicles and pick them up there after the show. A surcharge may apply to oversize vehicles. Cash and major credit cards are accepted. Please see picture for the drop-off location.
Omni Garage: Self-Parking – Prices Vary
(453 NE 15 St.): Located one block north of the Knight Concert Hall. Self-parking only. Front-in parking only. Rates vary at operator's discretion. Only credit card payments are accepted.

RIDE SHARE: The Adrienne Arsht Center encourages the use of ride share services. The drop off and pick up location is located on Bayshore Drive between NE 13th Street and NE 14th Street.
